The Business Development Division currently consists of three IT units responsible for operations, management, system, business, and process development. We work with both custom-developed solutions and standard systems, and we're responsible for PTS's IT systems, websites, and e-services, as well as supporting the agency in streamlining and developing our working methods. About the Role As an M365 and SharePoint Developer, you'll work practically and technically to develop business-focused solutions within Microsoft 365, with particular focus on SharePoint Online. The role is characterized by development and customization of the platform, where SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a central part of your toolkit. In your daily work, you'll have close dialogue with the business to understand needs and translate them into sustainable technical solutions. You'll work across the entire development process from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and management. The work encompasses both new development and further development of existing solutions. You'll develop custom solutions in SharePoint Online using SPFx, TypeScript, and React, as well as build web parts, extensions, and integrations against Microsoft Graph and other APIs. The role also includes developing solutions in SharePoint and Teams, and in some cases Power Platform as a complement. Additionally, you'll work with Azure services, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and develop integrations and automated workflows with internal and external systems. You're also responsible for information architecture, metadata, and permission management in SharePoint. Since Microsoft 365 was recently introduced at the agency, you'll have an important role in building and shaping our technical solutions, development patterns, and working methods for the future. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, building good relationships, and sharing your knowledge to achieve common goals. You work in a structured and methodical manner, with strong ability to plan, prioritize, and complete your work within given timeframes. As a person, you're stable and remain calm even during periods of high pace or changing circumstances. You also have a solution-oriented approach and tackle challenges in a pragmatic and constructive way, focusing on finding sustainable paths forward. We're looking for someone with: At least 2 years of experience developing within Microsoft 365. Experience developing in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React. Experience working with APIs, such as Microsoft Graph or REST. Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps. Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It's also meriting if you have: Experience using ShareGate for migration. Experience with integrations and automated workflows in M365. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
