About the Position As a coach at Maskrosbarn, you will be matched with a young person and have ongoing contact with them for at least one year. You will meet once a week for approximately two hours each time, working together to help the youth process their experiences and develop tools to manage their situation, while also providing them a break from their home environment. Every other session will focus on conversation exercises from our training materials, and alternate weeks will be more flexible meetings where you can do activities together. Support from a stable adult and a trusted relationship with an adult is one of the most important protective factors for a young person. As a coach, you will help change young people's lives. This is a time-limited, hourly paid position with the typical scope of 2.5 hours/week. Hourly rate: 200 kr including vacation compensation.
