We are now looking for you to lead the daily work in the maintenance team and work with property maintenance and property repairs for our corporate customers. You make a difference with us As a team leader at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those working closest to the tenants. You are responsible for leading and distributing work within the group and are the natural contact person for property maintenance. As a team leader, you are part of the maintenance team that handles internal and external maintenance at our corporate customers. In addition to your leadership role, you work as a member of the team as a Maintenance Technician/Property Caretaker. Your role will involve planning, administering, and leading daily operations while maintaining close contact with your group manager, colleagues, and tenants. You will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance as well as repairs at our customers' properties and will be part of a team that handles day-to-day property management. Your tasks will include property repairs, customer contact, inspections, material procurement, maintenance of machinery and hand tools, and administrative work in, among other things, FieldService and IA. You work as a group, plan your days together, and take your own initiative – you have great freedom with responsibility. Time reporting and other administrative tasks are performed on the computer and on mobile devices. You contribute with your expertise and commitment We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, unpretentious, and committed. You enjoy planning your own time and are organized. We want you to have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs. You should have a positive attitude toward your work, our customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with tenants. You are practically minded and enjoy being active. You have secondary education and/or vocational training in property operations or management or equivalent competence acquired in another way. Several years of experience in property maintenance is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license for manual transmission. You have experience with administrative work and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. We would like to see that you have previous leadership experience.
