Personal suitability is what matters most. We are looking for someone who is calm, responsible, and attentive. Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate are required qualities. You are mature in how you handle different situations. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. The client prefers female assistants.
