About the role As a facilities custodian, you are an important part of our operations and often the person who meets our customers in their daily lives. You work with interior maintenance of our properties and contribute to creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environments. Your work tasks include: Cleaning of gyms, changing rooms, saunas, dining halls, and kitchens Cleaning and maintenance of office spaces Ongoing maintenance of common areas The work is independent and gives you great freedom to plan and structure your days. Working hours weekdays between 07:00-16:00 As a facilities custodian at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those working closest to the customer. The work is varied and social. You contribute with your expertise and commitment We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with a team, and who communicates easily both within the group and with customers. You have at least upper secondary education and at least one year of experience in facilities maintenance. It is advantageous if you have facilities maintenance training such as SRY or PRYL and should include knowledge of appropriate methods, cleaning materials, and chemical products as well as minimization of damage risk. Since the computer is a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle the computer at work. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training. As a person, you are thorough, quality-conscious, and can structure your work efficiently. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and deliver good service. At least one year of experience in facilities maintenance. You can communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You hold a class B driver's license for manual transmission. About the position The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Stockholm.
