Senior Development Project Manager / Real Estate Developer

Want to be part of building a real estate company from the ground up? Most project managers step in when the project is already decided. We're looking for someone who wants to get involved much earlier. Someone who wants to influence the vision, strategy, and direction before the first drawing is complete. We're not just looking for a development project manager. We're looking for a key person who wants to help build tomorrow's real estate projects – and at the same time help shape a growing real estate company. About Svärtinge Projektutveckling AB Svärtinge Projektutveckling AB is a company within the Sapling Group focused on long-term real estate development, development projects, and residential projects. About the role As Senior Development Project Manager, you will be one of the company's most important key persons. You will work closely with the owners and have a strong mandate to drive projects from idea to construction start. Managing dialogue with the municipality, authorities, and other stakeholders. Coordinating architects, engineers, and technical consultants. Initiating and following up on investigations in areas such as geotechnics, water/sewage, stormwater, noise, traffic, and environment. Good knowledge of planning and building regulations (PBL) and associated processes. Experience leading complex projects with many stakeholders. Good financial understanding and experience with project budgets. An established network within the real estate or infrastructure development sector. Ability to work independently and commercially. Experience from, for example, municipal development, urban development, or companies such as JM, NCC, Bonava, OBOS, Besqab, Peab, HSB, Riksbyggen, or similar is a merit. We place great emphasis on entrepreneurship, drive, and personal fit. What do we offer? We're not just offering a project. We're offering the opportunity to help build a company. With us, you get: A strong mandate and short decision-making paths. Close collaboration with the company's owners. Opportunity to influence project direction from day one. An entrepreneurial environment where ideas quickly become reality. Long-term development opportunities as the company grows. We're also open to different forms of collaboration depending on who you are. This could include: Project employment Consulting assignment Interim solution Part-time assignment For the right person, there is also an opportunity to discuss long-term engagement through incentive programs or equity stakes. We believe in creating partnerships where the people who create value also have the opportunity to share in it. Location The project is based in Svärtinge just outside Norrköping. Travel may occur as the company's project portfolio grows. Employment is with Svärtinge Projektutveckling AB, a company within the Sapling Group. Application We would like your application to include: CV A brief description of projects you've been responsible for A few words about why you want to help build Svärtinge Projektutveckling AB Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
