Filling Operator - Bulk Production at Rechon Life Science

About the Position In the role of filling operator within Bulk Production, you will have an important and central role in Rechon's pharmaceutical manufacturing, where the focus is on ensuring high quality, sterility, and GMP compliance in every step. You will work in a cleanroom environment with modern filling machines where sterile pharmaceuticals are filled, inspected, and documented according to product-specific requirements. The work is technical, meticulous, and takes place in a strictly regulated environment, which places high demands on hygiene, concentration, and discipline. The production flow can vary in pace depending on project and volume, which means you need to be flexible and comfortable with a changing daily routine. The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule, where you work morning, day, and evening shifts according to the schedule. You will become part of Bulk Production Filling, which currently consists of approximately 60 employees. The workplace is in Limhamn. Examples of Work Tasks: Assemble and operate filling machine Aseptic work techniques Perform IPC inspections according to product-specific methods Document work according to GMP The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule Monday to Friday with varied working hours, between 06:00 and 00:00. You will begin with a thorough introduction during the first two months on day shift (07:00-15:30), where you will work alongside an experienced operator.
