About the Position Candeco manufactures confectionery and is part of the global food company Orkla. Candeco is now strengthening its production team with engaged and driven Production Operators. As a Production Operator at Candeco, you will work with varied tasks in confectionery manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include: Basic machine operation Production according to recipes and given instructions Quality control, labeling, and monitoring process parameters Loading and unloading materials to and from production machines This position is a consulting assignment starting immediately. Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 15:30–02:00. You will work at Candeco's production facility in Fosie, Malmö. About You We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and results-oriented. You are willing to participate in improvement initiatives and have a strong focus on quality and safety. We see you as a team player who is comfortable with physically demanding work. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have previous experience working in production. Important for the position: High focus on quality Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Able to handle physically demanding tasks Collaborative and organized We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
