About the Role: As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Advenica, you play an important role in developing and managing our IT environment, always with security as the top priority. Your responsibilities include: Operation, design, maintenance, and development of our IT environment, in close collaboration with partners. Troubleshooting and problem-solving. Implementation and maintenance of security measures, including the use of CIS hardening profiles. Participation in projects. Due to the nature of our operations, this position is security-classified. This means you need to be a Swedish citizen and a security clearance will be conducted before employment. About You: We are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge and experience from similar roles. You have worked in complex IT environments with high IT security requirements and have the following competencies: Good experience working with Windows client and server operating systems. Good experience with virtualization technologies and platforms, such as VMware or Hyper-V. Solid knowledge of networking and IT security. Experience working with CIS hardening profiles and other security measures is highly desirable. To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to see the big picture from both a technical and business perspective. You are responsible and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders. You also have the ability to analyze complex problems and make well-informed decisions based on technical and business requirements.
