Substitute Care Worker at Kümmerlinggården - LSS with Focus on Pedagogy

We are seeking a substitute care worker for Kümmerlinggården, a small educational residential facility for individuals with high-functioning autism (ASD). The position involves full-time work during the summer with the possibility of continued employment as needed during fall, winter, and spring. The work is individually tailored and based on clarifying pedagogy, structure, and predictability. As a team member, you will support the residents in their daily lives with the goal of developing independence, security, and quality of life, based on each individual's own needs and wishes. Work tasks include: Support in daily activities and routines Structure, planning, and clear communication Cooking, household chores, and an active daily life Social support and relationship-building work We are looking for someone who: Can work full-time during the summer and preferably extra work as needed during the rest of the year Is attentive, confident, and has good interpersonal skills Has an interest in educational work and people's development Enjoys being active, cooking, and taking responsibility in a home Has good understanding of difficulties in social interaction and communication Merits: Knowledge or experience with autism/ASD Experience with clarifying pedagogy or structured working methods Experience from LSS, care, or health services We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
