Welcome to Vadstena Health Center and Marieberg Health Center, which as of April 2025 form a shared operational area. This change is designed to create a robust operation that is prepared to meet the demographic challenges we face in the future. The operations together currently have approximately 16,000 registered patients and a staff of about 65 employees. This announcement is directed toward Vadstena Health Center, but work may be located within the shared organization. Job Description We offer you a challenging and varied position at our physician clinic. We hope you become interested in the breadth of the general medicine specialty and can envision a future in primary care. As an assistant physician with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training together with other assistant physicians. Together, we will shape an introduction based on your needs. About You We are looking for you with a medical degree or Swedish physician licensure (attached to application). Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish C1 level. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. As a person, you are confident and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, curious about learning new things, and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work.
