About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspirator, and an energy spreader. Your task is to deliver the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking center stage, bringing your whole self, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the program – we cover it! A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and the joy of fitness We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we'll train you!
