JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a concrete worker, you'll be an important part of production where you and your team manufacture concrete products for the construction industry. The role is varied and combines both practical work and technical precision. In your daily work, you'll work with reinforcement, casting, assembly, measurement, and blueprint reading. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments and with various types of concrete elements, such as floor slabs, columns, beams, walls, and hollow core slabs. The role also includes: Casting and reinforcement Assembly, measurement, and inspection Blueprint reading Light welding work Forklift and overhead crane operation PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We'd like you to have previous experience from production work and an understanding of the manufacturing industry. Experience in the concrete sector is a merit, but not a requirement. You're someone who thrives in important and responsible work, brings strong work ethic, and is loyal in your role. The work is physically demanding, which means you need good physical fitness and enjoy working practically. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. ABOUT THE POSITION This is a full-time consulting assignment where you work Monday through Friday, 07.00–16.00. You'll be employed by Eterni and assigned to the client. The assignment starts with a fixed-term contract for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. For the right person, there is also potential for permanent employment with the client. Job Description The work primarily involves forming, reinforcing, and casting concrete walls. You work closely with other staff who reinforce, cast, and also perform post-processing on the walls. The work includes reading blueprints and working in small teams. Some of the work tasks are physically demanding. Your workday also includes regular factory maintenance and ensuring high quality through sampling. You contribute to ensuring that the production facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications You are service-oriented and strive for high quality in every delivery. Your work ethic is characterized by teamwork skills and a strong desire to continuously develop. You thrive in a varied work environment and are observant about what needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when required. We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry and a technical education from upper secondary school or equivalent education that gives you a solid foundation. Your skills also extend to language proficiency where you have good Swedish language skills both spoken and written. In addition, you have good computer skills and a Category B driver's license.
