Job Description The work primarily involves forming, reinforcing, and casting concrete walls. You work closely with other staff who reinforce, cast, and also perform post-processing on the walls. The work includes reading blueprints and working in small teams. Some of the work tasks are physically demanding. Your workday also includes regular factory maintenance and ensuring high quality through sampling. You contribute to ensuring that the production facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications You are service-oriented and strive for high quality in every delivery. Your work ethic is characterized by teamwork skills and a strong desire to continuously develop. You thrive in a varied work environment and are observant about what needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when required. We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry and a technical education from upper secondary school or equivalent education that gives you a solid foundation. Your skills also extend to language proficiency where you have good Swedish language skills both spoken and written. In addition, you have good computer skills and a Category B driver's license.
