Quality and Environment Coordinator at POWER Logistics
Would you like to contribute to POWER Logistics' quality and environment initiatives? We're looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and not afraid to set standards. As a Quality & Environment Coordinator, you'll be a central part of our quality department and work closely with colleagues throughout the POWER group as a representative for POWER Logistics.
About the Position
As a Quality & Environment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for management and analysis related to quality and environment, and contribute to helping the business achieve its set goals. The role involves broad collaboration and support throughout the organization. You'll also be part of a Nordic team for procedures and processes, which means occasional business travel may occur.
You'll interpret and analyze laws, regulations, and procedures within quality and environment. Risk assessments and trend analyses are part of your daily work, as is ongoing work with deviations. You'll lead and conduct internal audits, compile and present results. During external audits of our certified management systems, you'll provide operational support. You'll create and revise procedures, ensure correct reporting, and support and train the organization in improvement work. As system administrator for the management system, you're responsible for monitoring tools and provide close support to managers and process owners in day-to-day operations.
Beyond this, you'll work with quality administration alongside the rest of the department. This involves handling returns, complaints, and transport matters, adjusting inventory balances, and serving as an important link between warehouse, stores, and customer service.
About You
You're analytical, logical in your thinking, and structured. You're thorough, administratively interested, skilled at problem-solving, and good at formulating clear goals and prioritizing correctly. You communicate and collaborate seamlessly with people at all levels, from staff to managers and process owners. You're also proactive and service-oriented.
Required Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent knowledge acquired through other means.
At least three years of experience in quality and environment work.
Several years of experience with certification/recertification according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
It's a plus if you have experience from the warehouse or logistics industry.
What We Offer
A key role in an exciting phase – you're part of the journey toward ISO certification in quality and environment.
A Nordic context – you collaborate with colleagues throughout the POWER group and gain a broad network.
A role you can shape – this function is new for POWER Logistics, giving you room to influence approaches and frameworks for quality and environment work going forward.
Collective agreement and wellness benefits along with other benefits as an employee within POWER.
