Be a cohesive communication link between the Product Department and the rest of the organization. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with documented experience leading and driving projects and who is confident in the project manager role. You have experience taking responsibility for the entirety of projects and are used to keeping together multiple different perspectives, functions, and stakeholders. You do not need to have a background from our industry. For us, your experience and ability to drive projects is more important than having worked in manufacturing or product development before. We would like to see that you have: Solid experience in project management and can independently take responsibility for project implementation. Experience with cross-functional work and coordinating different functions toward common goals. Good experience working structurally with project plans, follow-up, and documentation. Ability to lead and create momentum even without formal management responsibility. Ability to see the big picture, understand connections, and broaden your perspective when needed. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license, as occasional business travel occurs. Relevant higher education in, for example, engineering or economics is meritorious but not required. The same applies to formal project management certification – practical experience carries weight for us. Description High Chaparral is a theme park in southern Sweden unlike any other. A visit to us is an experience for all your senses that you will long remember. The moment you step through our gates into our world, you leave everyday life behind for a while. We are a theme park in a Wild West setting that primarily targets families with children. During the season June–August, we welcome around 150,000 visitors, where we offer various shows, characters, and activities. About the Position We are looking for highly skilled and experienced professional stunt riders for our Wild West Stunt Show during the 2026 season. As a stunt rider, you have an important role in the show, both in the riding scenes and in the acting. Therefore, you need to have solid riding experience and be comfortable in the saddle. An important part of the work is also to care for our show horses and ensure their well-being, so that they are healthy, doing well, and can perform at their best in the show. Main Responsibilities Bring scripted riding scenes to life during performances. Participate in the park's shows and act as an extra when needed. Train, prepare, and care for the horses you are responsible for and, if needed, train an additional horse. Maintain a high level of your riding and riding technique. Participate in rehearsals and daily training sessions. Inspect and maintain riding equipment. Work closely with the veterinarian and stable team to ensure the health and well-being of the horses.
