To take the next step, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who wants to take comprehensive responsibility for developing planning, inventory, logistics and internal processes in a fast-paced operation with strong future prospects. About the Role As Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our processes run efficiently from forecasting and planning through inventory, processing and delivery to customers. You lead the planning function and work closely with sales, product management, warehouse, production and management. The procurement function is responsible for supplier relations and purchasing. Your focus is on ensuring that everything works together and develops so that we can continue to deliver high service to our customers while the business grows. As a member of the management team, you are expected to contribute both strategically and operatively. You drive the company's development while creating conditions for well-functioning day-to-day operations. An important part of the assignment will also be to contribute to the development of our new logistics center and ensure that we build capacity for the future. Your Responsibilities Lead and develop the company's supply chain and planning function Ensure high delivery capability and good product availability Responsible for forecasting, capacity planning and inventory management Develop processes in warehouse, logistics and production Ensure efficient processes for painting, customer customization and private label Drive improvement initiatives and develop relevant key metrics Ensure close cooperation between sales, planning, warehouse and other parts of the business Be a key person in developing our new logistics center Actively contribute to the company's strategic development through work in the management team About You You enjoy when things work smoothly.
