About the role As a Production and Material Planner, you play a central role in ensuring that our production meets customer demand in an efficient and balanced way. The main focus is on production planning, where you work to create, optimize and monitor production plans based on customer needs, capacity and material availability. The role also includes material planning to ensure that the right material is available at the right time and in the right quantity to support the production plan. You work closely with production, customer service, procurement, demand planning and suppliers to ensure high delivery precision and an efficient flow throughout the operations. We actively work with modern planning tools such as APS planning in Supply Workbench (SWB) and drive the development of digital ways of working through automation and RPA to create more efficient processes and better decision-making support. Your responsibilities Plan and optimize production based on customer needs, capacity and material availability. Work with APS planning in SWB and monitor and adjust production plans. Ensure material supply to production. Collaborate with production, customer service, procurement and suppliers to manage deviations and ensure delivery capability. Participate in improvement work within planning, logistics and digitalization. Contribute to the development of automated ways of working through, for example, RPA. Your profile To succeed in this role, we believe you have: A degree or university education in logistics, Supply Chain, industrial economics or equivalent. Experience in production planning, material planning, logistics or similar operations. Good understanding of production flows and supply chains. Experience working in business systems; experience with Infor M3 is a merit. Good knowledge of Excel. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
