WOG Metall has been in business since 1944. The factory is located in the beautiful natural setting of Elghammar, just a few kilometers west of Skillingaryd. With great drive and curiosity about new products and manufacturing methods, the company has continued to grow. We have been ISO 9001 certified for a long time. Our powder coating operation is the heart of our factory. We have over 30 years of experience powder coating products for other customers. At WOG, we coat everything from furniture, industrial parts, store fixtures, to stackable metal chairs, folding tables, and other metal components. During 2023, we opened a brand new powder coating facility that has significantly increased our capacity and given us a modern plant that coats efficiently with top-quality results. A facility that is environmentally friendly and allows us to switch between color changes extremely quickly. We coat products with lengths up to 3000 mm, widths 1000 mm, and heights 1800 mm. There is a wide selection when it comes to colors. We always have a large number of colors with different gloss levels in stock. About the Role Do you want to work in a stable and well-functioning production environment where you play an important role in daily operations? We are now looking for a process operator to join our team in Skillingaryd. Here you will become part of a dedicated team and work practically close to production, with clear procedures and good support from your colleagues. In this role, you are responsible for keeping the production line running and ensuring that the flow proceeds as it should. You work in a team and support each other in daily operations. You also monitor the process, perform inspections, and ensure that quality remains at a consistent level. This role suits you if you like order and structure, are comfortable in a practical work environment, and enjoy work where things are constantly happening. Initially, you will work day shifts, but you should also be able to work a 2-shift schedule. Key Responsibilities You will, among other things: Operate and monitor the production line according to procedures Ensure production flows smoothly with as few stoppages as possible Conduct sampling and quality inspections Report any deviations and contribute to improvements in work methods Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in production or surface treatment Is thorough, responsible, and organized Enjoys practical work and routine-based tasks Has good ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues Can work both day shifts and 2-shift schedules What We Offer With the customer, you will have the opportunity to become part of an engaged and dedicated team in a stable production environment.
