As an Operative Manager, you are responsible for institution-wide coordination and work management of ongoing operations outside regular office hours, during evenings and nights, to promote a safe care and work environment. You guide and strengthen your colleagues in their work and ensure that work is conducted lawfully and in accordance with applicable guidelines, methods, and established goals. Specifically, this includes responsibility for incident management in alarm situations and taking necessary measures after incidents occur. You communicate identified deficiencies and deviations from procedures to relevant managers. You prepare and update security assessments and make decisions on coercive measures in accordance with LVU, LSU, and LVM in line with SiS's work and delegation regulations. Other tasks included in the role include, for example, responsibility for preparing official identification cards, mail screening and, where applicable, taking action, planning and risk assessment for transports and outdoor activities, and during on-call duty, when the security coordinator is not present, preparing security assessments and responsibility for intake coordination. The Operative Manager is also responsible for coordinating operations during admissions and visits. Training initiatives for staff in the areas of security and conflict management may be included in the position. Work location is in Sävast. Working hours are on a rotating schedule covering day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
