Regional B2B Manager (M/F) - Take Over a Functional Team and Push It Forward

You won't be building from scratch; prepare yourself for performance optimization, people management, and moving results to the next level. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: What you'll actually manage • team of 5 B2B sales reps (office supplies, hygiene, operations segment), 2 data analysts • combination of new client acquisition and existing customer management • active client portfolio • this isn't a call center—it's real sales with genuine business impact. REQUIREMENTS: What we expect from you in the first 3 months you'll show us your sales skills, and then: • take over the team and quickly assess who performs how • set clear targets and evaluate them hard but fairly • help your sales reps grow • get involved in key client negotiations • work with data—pipeline, performance, forecasting • after 3-6 months there has to be a visible difference, not on paper—in actual results.
