Job responsibilities include: - clearing used dishes - washing dishes and kitchen equipment - maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas - preparing basic ingredients (cleaning, cutting vegetables) - assisting cooks with cooking and food service The employee must be responsible, communicative, and have the ability to work as part of a team. This is a concurrent employment position.
