Establish and execute multi-quarter sales strategies aligned with Dell's client refresh plan - with special emphasis on Windows 11 transition and deployment of AI-enabled devices. Oversee sales forecasting, sales channel management, and leverage analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and manage performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and champion Dell's unique value proposition, including sustainability and security capabilities. Work closely with product, marketing, and services teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs and evolving market requirements. Advance Dell's simplified and unified portfolio with a focus on delivering an efficient customer experience and ensuring clear differentiation from competitors. Monitor current industry trends, particularly in artificial intelligence, modern workplace transformation, and sustainability, to help customers ensure their investments are future-ready.
