About the Position As a project manager with supervisory responsibility, you hold a central role in our industrial division where you are responsible for driving projects from planning to final delivery. You ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while leading and developing employees in day-to-day operations. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility where you are an important link between customers, suppliers, and internal production. You are responsible for project finances, quality, work environment, and schedule, and you ensure that work is performed according to set goals and customer expectations. Typical Tasks: Drive projects from quotation and planning to final delivery. Handle administrative work and participate on-site during project execution. Manage project finances, quality, and schedules. Serve as the contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal/external partners. Plan and allocate work for assemblers and welders on projects. Monitor work environment, safety, and quality. Participate in employee introduction and development. Contribute to improvement initiatives and business development. Most of our industrial projects are carried out in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, so work will occur at various locations based on project needs. Who Are You? Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on operations. Financial understanding and experience with budget responsibility. Valid B driving license. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Meritorious: Experience from industrial projects within the steel, mining, and paper industries. Experience with welding and pipe or steel structures. Experience with contracting and contract matters. Experience with construction and blueprint knowledge.
