CNC Operator

Are you a detail-oriented CNC operator with a passion for technology? With us, you'll work with advanced 5-axis machining and the electric boats of the future. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a CNC operator, you'll be a key part of production, working with CNC machining in the company's modern machine shop, which includes two 5-axis mills. You'll work with everything from molds and fixtures to finished components in advanced composite materials. Your main responsibilities will be to: Operate and monitor CNC machines for 5-axis machining Set up, measure, and adjust machines to ensure proper quality Work from drawings, production documentation, and CNC programs Perform measurements and quality control inspections of manufactured components Process primarily carbon fiber and fiberglass composites Collaborate with colleagues in production, design, and manufacturing engineering Contribute to improvements and development of work methods and processes PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically interested, and enjoys practical production work. You're quality-conscious with an eye for detail, while being able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You don't need to know everything from the start. What matters most is that you have CNC machining experience and an interest in developing further in this field.
