We do this on behalf of property owners, condominium associations, and property management companies. We provide smart, customized digital and environmentally friendly solutions along with the market's most user-friendly platform. We operate in several locations across the country with our headquarters in Stockholm. With a focus on environment and technology, we are creating the parking solutions of the future! Smart Parkering Sverige AB is a forward-thinking and innovative parking company that offers modern parking solutions. We believe that the interaction between people and technology can work wonders! The Role We are now looking for additional colleagues for our assignments throughout our Stockholm business area (and surrounding region) to continue driving development in the parking industry. The parking enforcement officer role is characterized by "freedom with responsibility" where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, improve traffic flow, and enhance residential environments. You will be employed in Stockholm and the work may involve shifts in other parts of the region. You will work according to operational needs and may be based in southern or northern Stockholm, though this may change over time. You will, for example: - Monitor facilities by vehicle and on foot - Verify that parking regulations are being followed - Ensure correct and clear signage is in place within the area - Issue parking citations for violations - Assist parkers on-site with parking-related questions - Assist parkers on-site with questions about our digital services We believe you have a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and initiative. Upon employment, a police clearance certificate is required. Salary and employment terms follow the collective bargaining agreement.
