Dietist Sought for PTJ Rehab Hallunda

Are you a licensed dietitian driven by making a difference in people's health? With us, you'll find variation and challenges in your daily work. This, together with a group of engaged colleagues, who hope you'll want to join and expand our team! With us, we have patients of all ages with many different conditions. We meet our patients at the clinic, in the patient's home, or via digital visits. We serve a smaller geographic area in northern Botkyrka. You will work in close collaboration with dietitian colleagues, and together you have great freedom to distribute and drive the work. As a dietitian, you are important in the team around the patient, to work together with other professionals to create safe and quality care. In Hallunda, three dietitians work, and we are looking for a fourth person to join the team. You will also be part of an internal network with approximately 20 competent dietitian colleagues within PTJ Vård Rehab. The group has regular meetings for methodology development and knowledge sharing. Information about the Workplace Rehab Hallunda is a primary care unit located in Hallunda centrum, close to the subway station, with approximately 25 employees. Here work occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractor, receptionists, clinic assistant, and unit manager. The unit works closely with 7 other rehabilitation clinics within Praktikertjänst AB as well as nearby health centers, BVC, BUMM, and the municipality. Qualifications You are a licensed dietitian, preferably with experience working in primary care rehabilitation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are driven in your professional role and passionate about supporting people towards better health. You need to be good at prioritizing, enjoy taking responsibility for your work, and have a good ability to communicate with others, as these are basic prerequisites for the position.
