Awake Night Shift 100%

Robbin HVB is a treatment home for men located between Eksjö and Nässjö. Men with substance abuse/addiction issues, trauma, criminal backgrounds, and mental health problems come to us. At Robbin HVB, we provide treatment for addiction issues and trauma. To work with us, you need relevant qualifications such as treatment/social pedagogue, social worker, nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry, or similar. You need experience from similar work, as this position requires knowledge, experience, and personal suitability. Your work tasks include working awake night shifts between 22:00 - 08:00 (weekends 22:00 - 09:00). In addition to being available for our clients, which is always prioritized, if they are unwell or for other reasons are awake, other various tasks occur such as administrative work, cleaning, preparing breakfast, etc. We need you if you have a commitment and interest in working with this target group. You should have great patience, but be able to stand firm and set boundaries, be fearless and secure. We are currently seeking 1 position at 100%. Position 1 should be filled on December 1st and is a permanent position. When you apply, you must submit a personal letter and CV.
