Job Responsibilities As an administrator, you are the operation's coordinator and key person. You will work with, among other things: Staffing planning, both long-term and short-term for sick leave or other absences. Ordering goods and external services. Supporting the unit manager and staff with administrative matters. Being a central point of contact for staff, residents, relatives, and external stakeholders. Monitoring operations and preparing reports as directed by your supervisor. Qualifications We are looking for someone who ideally has a nursing assistant education and some form of training in administration or economics that we as an employer deem relevant for the position. You have experience with administrative work, have worked in assisted living or similar settings, and have the ability to express yourself correctly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We require that you have good computer skills and experience working with various operational systems as well as knowledge of economics relevant to the work of an administrator. Knowledge in the personnel area regarding working hours regulations and scheduling, as well as experience with relevant operational systems such as Lifecare, Proceedo, and various staffing systems, are advantageous. A category B driver's license is a requirement for the position. Is organized, flexible, and is used to handling multiple tasks at the same time. Is solution-focused, enjoys creating order, and takes initiative for improvements.
