About the Role As a Quality Administrator, you work with administration and quality assurance of product and supplier information. You are responsible for ensuring information is correct, up-to-date, and accessible, and support the business with various quality-related matters. Example Tasks Product Information and PIM System Register, review, and update product data, specifications, and documentation. Work in the company's PIM system and progressively build in-depth knowledge of the system's structure and processes. Ensure high quality of product information through ongoing system maintenance and follow-up. Coordinate and follow up information from suppliers. Quality Matters Handle incoming quality matters via email. Register, distribute, and follow up on matters internally and externally. Collect documentation and information from suppliers. Deviations and Complaints Register and administer deviations and complaints. Follow up on open matters and ensure feedback and documentation are received according to procedure. Participate in deviation meetings as needed. Customer Service and Administration Answer incoming calls and emails. Handle simple customer inquiries. Register customer orders in the business system. Work with invoicing and credit management. Support both the Quality and Sales teams with administrative matters. Who Are You?
