WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious preschool teacher. You should be well familiar with the preschool curriculum. Together with preschool educators and other colleagues, you will be responsible for pedagogical work and creating conditions for enjoyable learning based on the preschool curriculum. Together you are responsible for guiding the team's work toward the goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods and the ability to engage children in educational and creative activities in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with parents.
We are looking for a preschool teacher with the mindset that children can achieve when given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by a clear respect for the individual and good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, offering them an exciting and creative setting.
We view outdoor spaces as an important resource, and much of our pedagogical activities take place outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work with quality awareness with children, colleagues, and guardians. You should be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
