We are now looking for a Sales Representative Real Estate Region South who wants to be part of developing our offering and strengthening our position as a complete provider of solutions for commercial properties. About the Role As Sales Representative Real Estate Region South, you will have a central role in our continued investment in the real estate market. You work with major projects and energy solutions where heat pumps, ventilation, cooling, and control systems work together as a complete system. You drive business from early project phases to completed delivery and work closely with property owners, consultants, installers, contractors, and other decision makers within the real estate segment. The role involves close collaboration with the technical team, project support, service organization, and other sales colleagues to ensure that the customer receives an integrated solution throughout the project lifecycle. Our ambition is for the customer to experience a unified NIBE, from first contact through to the completed facility and aftermarket. The role includes, among other things: • Develop business within Region South • Build and develop relationships with property owners, consultants, and contractors • Identify new business opportunities and drive project sales • Work closely with our technical resources to create optimal system solutions • Participate in customer activities, training, and marketing initiatives • Contribute to the development of NIBE Real Estate's offering and approach • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and trends in energy and real estate Your Profile We are looking for someone with strong technical and commercial understanding and a great interest in real estate and energy-efficient solutions. We believe that you: • Have experience in sales within HVAC, ventilation, energy, or real estate • Have an understanding of project business and the different actors in the construction and real estate process • Are business-driven and enjoy creating long-term customer relationships • Have good technical understanding and the ability to translate technology into business value • As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented • Enjoy working in teams and see collaboration as a prerequisite for success • Have good communication skills in both speech and writing • Hold a valid driver's license Meritorious Experience: • Commercial heat pump solutions • Consultant or contractor experience • Experience with larger projects and system sales More About Us We exist to give the world better energy solutions.
