Kungshögsskolan is an F–9 school with elementary school, adapted elementary school, and after-school program. The school has approximately 520 students and 110 staff members. Our operations are in well-designed facilities that provide excellent conditions for a safe and welcoming environment. In grades F–6, the school has two work teams, and in grades 7–9, there are several subject teams and grade-level teams where activities are planned, implemented, evaluated, and developed in line with curriculum goals. With the help of our lead teachers and student support team, we conduct collaborative learning and work around classroom leadership where clarity, safety, and learning are central. DUTIES We are seeking an engaged teacher for a temporary position at 80% for grade 3. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, assessing, and following up on instruction in all subjects in accordance with curriculum goals and guidelines. As a mentor, you have special responsibility for students' knowledge development, safety, and well-being. You monitor student learning, conduct development conversations, and work closely with guardians. You collaborate with colleagues, student support services, and other staff to create an accessible and stimulating learning environment where all students have the best possible conditions to succeed. You actively contribute to the school's development work and work to promote a good learning environment, student participation, and study quiet. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher with authorization to teach in grades F–3. Experience teaching in lower grades and mentoring experience is a plus. You have clear leadership, a strong ability to build safe relationships, and a professional approach. You collaborate well with colleagues, students, and guardians, and contribute to a positive work climate. You are also responsible, organized, and engaged in student learning and development.
