JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves assembling all of the company's products according to specific assembly instructions. You work in an environment where ergonomic aids are available to facilitate heavy tasks, but the position still requires good basic physical fitness as the workday is active. Your main tasks include: Assembly of machines and components according to established instructions. Quality assurance of completed work to meet specified requirements. Collaboration with colleagues in a team to optimize production flow. Handling of technical documentation in Swedish. Ongoing maintenance of your own workstation for good order and safety. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with several years of experience from manufacturing industry, preferably within assembly. You have a natural understanding of mechanics and functionality and enjoy working practically. Since the role requires you to grasp complex instructions, good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement. To succeed in the role, we see that you: Possess technical understanding and genuine interest in machinery. Have experience working towards set production goals. Possess basic competence in electrical and hydraulic systems. Hold forklift and overhead crane certification (advantageous). Have basic knowledge of English (advantageous). As a person, you are responsible and thorough in your work. You appreciate order and organization and have a desire to continually develop and learn new tasks. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude towards change and work well with other people, regardless of work environment.
