JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The department is responsible for the municipality's development activities, forestry, and GIS, mapping, and surveying operations.
In Ljungby, we have several exciting urban development projects. As a development engineer, you will work broadly with land and development matters from an economic, real estate legal, and technical perspective.
You will have varied tasks including development and plan implementation matters, planning, procurement and implementation of development work, negotiations regarding purchases and sales, real estate valuations, development calculations and real estate economic investigations, as well as real estate legal matters concerning property formation, leases, easements, and user rights.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a civil engineering degree in surveying or equivalent education, and preferably some years of experience in development activities.
Since you will have extensive contact with people both externally and internally, you should have good collaboration skills and be able to express yourself well in speech and writing.
A driver's license for a passenger car is required.
