Newly Graduated Engineer to Drive Automation and Efficiency Projects

Do you want to work in an industrial operation where technology, production, and development meet? At Byggelit, we now have a unique opportunity through KTP Mittcirkeln to lead a development project in automation and efficiency improvements in our production. Byggelit is an established player in Swedish wood processing that manufactures custom-made particle boards with a focus on quality and sustainability. We have previous experience with successful KTP projects and know that it works. Today, two engineers work with us who started this way. Now we are looking for additional KTP engineers to continue strengthening our competitiveness. For you, this means a paid project employment with responsibility from day one, support throughout, and a clear timeframe that can lead to permanent employment after the project is completed. What is KTP Mittcirkeln? KTP Knowledge Transfer Partnership is a three-party collaboration between a company, a university, and a newly graduated engineer, with the aim of converting new knowledge into concrete results in the business. The program originated in the United Kingdom and is an established model that has been used for many years to connect companies and academia in sharp development projects. The company needs knowledge. The university has knowledge. The engineer transfers knowledge. IUC Jämtland Härjedalen holds the project together and supports all parties throughout the process. What you get from a KTP project ✔ Paid project employment with the possibility of permanent employment. ✔ A sharp assignment at a real industrial company. ✔ Support all the way. You receive a business coach from IUC, an academic supervisor from Mittuniversitetet, and a team that follows you through the entire project. ✔ Experience that counts. You develop in project management, technology, and business, and build a relevant network in the industry. More information about KTP Mittcirkeln can be found at www.iucjamtlandharjedalen.se/ktp-for-studenter. About the project and your role You will lead your project with a clear focus: to make production more efficient, stable, and resource-efficient with two main directions: Automation and process development You drive one of the company's prioritized automation projects. This could involve upgrading equipment, optimizing controls, or improving flows in production. Examples include working with PLC optimization, switching to more energy-efficient operation, or implementing smarter data collection. Maintenance and availability In parallel, you develop approaches for preventive maintenance. You create and implement procedures for calibration and inspection of critical instruments, with the goal of reducing downtime and increasing availability in production. You work closely with the technical manager, production, and operations staff, and drive the project from analysis through implementation and follow-up. Here the decision paths are short, collaboration is close, and an interest in technology and problem-solving is a natural part of everyday work. The goal is not just improvements on paper, but in production. More efficient processes mean better use of energy and raw materials. More stable maintenance means less downtime and higher availability. Even minor improvements in availability have a clear effect on results, and the project is part of a larger effort to strengthen Byggelit's competitiveness. More information about Byggelit can be found at www.byggelit.se We hope this sounds like an exciting opportunity! We look forward to telling you more and meeting you later in the process. Specialist Physician in General Medicine at Lits Health Center

Do you want to become part of Region Jämtland Härjedalen – a region to aspire to and grow in? With us, you contribute to development and growth throughout the region and work to offer the best possible service, care, and support for everyone who lives in or visits the region. We offer a work environment characterized by collaboration, participation, and commitment, where both broad and specialized expertise are valued. Here you have the opportunity to develop in your role, whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience. Primary care within Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organized into 4 care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under close and accessible care. Each care area is an economic unit led by a unit manager. Primary care also manages the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the Näva care unit, all of which are funded through appropriations. Within the primary care area, there is a strong research climate and status as a university healthcare unit. Our research and development unit can provide support and scientific guidance in collaboration primarily with Umeå University. Lits Health Center is a well-functioning health center and workplace with good routines and collaboration combined with a strong spirit of innovation. We collaborate with all our colleagues in various professions to create good care and provide favorable conditions for patients. We currently have just over 3,750 registered patients, approximately 17 employees, and two unit managers working jointly. Our physician group consists of 3 specialists in general medicine, 2 medical residents, 1 locum physician, and 1 locum junior physician. The team also includes district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. Additionally, there is a psychosocial unit with a psychologist, counselor, and psychotherapist shared with Lugnvik, as well as a rehabilitation coordinator, physical therapist, and occupational therapist. Maternal and child health services are located in the same building. We are responsible for two nursing homes. Our health center is located approximately 20 kilometers outside the city center, close to the Indal River, with opportunities for beautiful running routes, cycling trips, or walks. We have a spacious environment, good atmosphere where we help each other, and together we want to create a positive work climate. We want to stay at the forefront and continuously develop. Warmly welcome! 1 position(s). DUTIES Primary care is undergoing a transition toward close and accessible care, which includes responsibility for fewer patients in favor of an expanded responsibility for our most vulnerable elderly patients. We work based on the concept of expanded primary care; the work method also includes increased opportunities for home visits and thus being able to provide security to the patients who need it most. Work as a specialist in general medicine involves responsibility for a geographic area with clinic visits, acute visits, home visits, qualified telephone consultations, and in-depth medication reviews. We have physician meetings with joint review of referrals once a week, and in addition time allocated for development work. Occasional on-call duties are part of the work. We are responsible for four nursing homes including short-term beds and have well-functioning collaboration with the municipality's district nurses in home healthcare. Within the scope of your employment, there is an opportunity for side assignments within nursing homes, maternal and child health clinics. Mentoring of medical students and residents is part of the work. Due to primary care having status as a university healthcare unit, teaching, mentoring, and training of medical students from Umeå University are included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking an inquisitive and engaged specialist physician in general medicine who is interested in primary care and wants to develop our health center together with us. Personal research and research supervision are merits but not a formal requirement for the position. We see that you are, as mentioned before, genuinely interested in primary care, self-directed, take responsibility, and want to contribute to a good atmosphere in the work group. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement. In Region Jämtland Härjedalen, our work is permeated by our core values: we create value for those we serve, act with initiative and strive to always be perceived as reliable. With us, you have the opportunity to work in an organization where these values characterize everyday life and where your work truly makes a difference. As an employee, you have access to a wide range of benefits through our benefits portal. We care about your health and offer wellness contributions or wellness hours. At Östersund Hospital, you can also train for free at the Zefyren gym and participate in instructor-led classes. Selection and placement may occur on an ongoing basis during the advertisement period, so we would like to encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. We have an established network for recruitment and therefore kindly but firmly decline contact with job ad resellers or other recruiters offering recruitment services.
