Your responsibilities As a service technician, you'll have a varied and independent day-to-day role with assignments for different customers throughout Skåne. In close dialogue with the service manager, you'll plan your assignments, schedule customers, and structure your workday based on current needs. You will, among other things: * Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems * Repair and replace components * Maintain ongoing customer contact and identify additional needs * Document completed work, materials, and time Your profile As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and curious about understanding how things work. You take responsibility for your assignments and enjoy solving problems independently, while also being cooperative and appreciating working together with colleagues. Since you have extensive customer contact, you are also service-minded, communicative, and have a professional demeanor. Your responsibilities As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and development of the service operations together with a team of 6–7 service technicians. The role combines team leadership, customer contact, finance, and business development.
