Kosta Boda Art Hotel is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team! Kosta Boda Art Hotel is a unique design hotel where color, form, glass, and experiences are at the center. The hotel is located in the heart of the Glass Kingdom and features 102 rooms, 11 conference and group rooms, two restaurants – Linnéa Art and Brasserie 1742 – our unique Glasbar, and a complete SPA department. Kosta Boda Art Hotel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Wave Group AB. About the Position We are now seeking a receptionist at 60% who will work both at our main reception and at the SPA reception. As a receptionist, you are one of our most important contact points with guests. You welcome our guests, assist them during their stay, and ensure they receive professional, personal, and warm service from arrival to departure. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy working with people, like solving problems, and appreciate a workday where no two days are the same. Responsibilities In your role as receptionist, you will, among other things: welcome and check in and check out our guests manage bookings and booking requests provide information about the hotel, SPA, restaurants, and activities handle payments and other reception-related administrative tasks answer questions via phone, email, and in person work at both the main reception and SPA reception ensure that our guests receive personalized and professional service collaborate with other departments at the hotel to create the best possible guest experience handle and resolve various situations that may arise during a guest's stay. Who Are You? We seek someone who is positive, service-oriented, flexible, and takes initiative, and who enjoys working collaboratively with others. You love meeting people and have a natural sense for service and hospitality. You are confident in guest interactions, communicate easily, and stay calm even when the pace is high. We would like to see that you have: previous experience in reception, hotels, SPA, or similar service roles experience working with bookings and guest service good computer skills knowledge of Visbook is a plus strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written education in hotel management, tourism, or service is a plus.
