We are now looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of Distribution Manager to our Distribution Center in Emmaboda, Sweden. About the Role As Manager of the Supply & Distribution Center (SDC) you will have an important role in a highly international environment, ensuring operational excellence while acting as a central interface between internal functions, suppliers, and commercial teams worldwide. You lead an organization of approximately 120 employees, with 4 managers and 2 technicians reporting to you. Key Responsibilities In this role, you have full responsibility for both the operations and the continuous development of the SDC Lindås, supporting global distribution to more than 125 countries. You drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations, with a strong focus on Lean principles. A key part of the role is to ensure strong collaboration across the entire value chain, working closely with internal stakeholders, supplying units, external suppliers, and commercial teams. You will also act as a front-facing representative of the organization in a global context, building and maintaining strong relationships with international partners. In addition, you will serve as a member of the global Distribution & Order Management leadership team within Water Infrastructure (WI), collaborating closely with peers across the global organization. Finally, you will drive alignment between global strategies and local execution, ensuring that business objectives are effectively achieved. Your Profile We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong foundation in industrial operations and supply chain. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge and hands-on experience of Lean methodologies, combined with a university degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field. You have built a solid foundation in manufacturing, distribution, and/or logistics, and are ready to take on a broader leadership role in a global environment. With strong communication skills, you are able to collaborate effectively across functions. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Swedish is considered a strong advantage. Testing Specialist

Manufacturing includes all processes from casting through to the finished product. In addition to core production operations, the site also has a distribution center, finance department, product development, IT, HR, and more. We are now looking for our next Testing Specialist to join our existing team in Emmaboda. Job Description As a Testing Specialist, you play a vital role in providing technical support for all testing facilities at our production site in Emmaboda. It is a varied position where you are involved in several different processes related to testing our pumps. This includes, for example, planning and conducting customer visits, documentation and monitoring of pump testing statistics, conducting training sessions within the field for internal departments, procurement of testing equipment, and developing relevant internal guidelines for testing work. You are also the system owner for our testing software. You are part of our Quality Department and will be the third Testing Specialist on the team. You report to the site's Quality Manager. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with varying work days, in terms of both pace and tasks, and who has the ability to drive multiple processes forward in parallel. The role includes both external-facing and administrative tasks, and it is important that you enjoy the variety. As a Testing Specialist, you are often our face to customers during site visits and testing inspections, and we see that you have the ability to conduct these in a service-oriented and pedagogical manner.
