Junior Project Manager at Company in Sustainable Water Management

ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a junior project manager at an international industrial company that develops solutions for sustainable water management. Here you will have the opportunity to combine engineering, project management, and social impact in an operation that contributes to increased access to clean water worldwide. You will become part of a technology-focused team and work closely with designers, production engineers, assembly, and other internal functions. With support from experienced colleagues, you will gradually grow into the role and take on greater responsibility over time. A large part of the work involves planning, coordination, and monitoring related to product development and industrialization. Among other things, you will plan manufacturing reviews, coordinate activities between different functions, and document and follow up on projects to ensure that schedules, quality, and goals are met. The role also includes some financial monitoring and estimation work as a natural part of project management. In the long term, you will have the opportunity to take on greater project responsibility and drive more complex initiatives throughout the entire process, making this role an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop long-term within project management in a technical environment. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have a university or master's degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electronics, or another relevant technical field Have a genuine technical interest and a willingness to understand how products and manufacturing processes work Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Speak both Swedish and English fluently as both languages are used internally as well as externally It is not necessary, but it is a merit if you: Have experience with project management through studies, work, or volunteer engagement Have experience from manufacturing industry Have experience with estimations or financial monitoring Furthermore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability and believe that the role suits you who are humble, curious, and solution-oriented.
