Responsibilities In the role as Booking Administrator, you will primarily work with booking management, where much of the communication takes place via email and various systems. The tasks are often event-driven and may sometimes require additional measures. You are responsible for handling incoming bookings via email and phone as well as sending confirmations and relevant information to transport companies. The work mainly encompasses bookings of domestic and international transport as well as less-than-truckload freight. In the role, you have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and communication takes place mainly via email and phone. You ensure quality at all levels and also participate in improvement work, where your own ideas for developing tasks and working methods are encouraged.
