About the job
As a customer service representative at Samtrans, you will be part of a large team passionate about service. Together with your 40 colleagues, you are the face of the organization to the outside and are responsible for the first and most important contact with our customers. You will work answering incoming calls and emails regarding travel bookings and handling complaints from our customers. In your role as a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our customer service. Within customer service, we work toward set goals together with individually tailored coaching to support each person in their work.
We are now looking for you to work part-time at 50% with varying working hours between 06:30-19:00, including weekends.
This position is a six-month temporary role starting in September. There is a good chance of extension.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has an interest in making people's daily lives easier. You have completed upper secondary education, good computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. To thrive in the role, good collaboration skills and a professional and trustworthy manner are important. You are motivated by taking personal responsibility and working with a results focus. Finally, we believe you are stable and can handle periodically high-paced work. Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not required.
