About the Position As an operations technician, you will work on-site with customers to ensure the operation of buildings in preschools and schools. The role offers great variety in tasks, such as work on Ventilation and Water/Sanitation, operational optimization, alarm management, preventive maintenance, and follow-up and reporting. With us, you have independent work where your efforts contribute to well-maintained facilities and reduced energy and operating costs for our customers. To succeed in this role, you need Vocational upper secondary education of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 vocational credits or equivalent 400 vocational credits with focus on technology or building operations +3 years of experience as an operations technician Knowledge of control and regulation technology Experience in operational optimization and service work within building management Good knowledge of building technology (electrical, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration, and similar) Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills Class B driver's license Meritorious Hot work certification Fall protection training Electrical knowledge About You To succeed in the role as an operations technician, we want you to be responsible, humble, thorough, and conscientious.
