About the Position You will work closely with teachers, assistants, and other staff to provide participants with the support they need to succeed in their studies and develop according to their individual circumstances. Your duties include assessing, planning, and monitoring support measures, and you will be part of the school's support team. Since the operation also includes residential accommodations and recreational activities, scheduled work includes evenings and weekends. During these shifts, you work as a student assistant/support person, assisting participants in their housing, daily tasks, and social activities. This is a varied position where you both contribute your social pedagogy expertise in educational work and provide direct support in participants' daily lives. Job Responsibilities - Provide social pedagogical support to participants in studies and daily life - Assess, plan, and follow up on support measures - Participate in the school's support team - Support participants in residential and recreational activities during evening and weekend work We are looking for someone with a social pedagogy degree or other relevant educational qualification and experience working with people in need of special support and with neurodevelopmental disorders. You are confident, attentive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. You can combine social pedagogical development work with practical support in participants' daily lives and are comfortable with varying work hours. Experience working with people with neurodevelopmental disorders is an asset. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment Type: Permanent position with six months probation.
