The Area Manager Role Being an area manager at Samhall means being at the absolute center of our operations. You lead a team of 25-30 employees who work on various customer assignments, and your primary objective is for your employees to have the opportunity to discover and develop their competence so that they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer. A large portion of our projects consist of our Complete Installation packages, where the customer orders a complete solution with product, materials, and installation.
