About the position As a field mechanic, you will work with maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of Caterpillar's product program at our customer sites on Gotland. The position is daytime work, but includes some on-call availability outside regular office hours. You will report to your service manager, who is based in Boden. Your background: · Expert knowledge in service and maintenance of similar product programs · Several years of experience as a mechanic · Knowledge of construction equipment design and function · Technical high school or equivalent · Good computer skills · Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written · B-class driver's license is required It is advantageous if you have experience working as a field mechanic with similar products. Your profile: To succeed in this job, you are service-oriented and flexible. As a person, you are thorough, creative, driven, and handy, and you approach tasks and challenges with great commitment and a positive attitude. You have good teamwork skills, as you will be part of a team of mechanics. Good service is important to you, and you can independently identify what needs to be done.
