Account Manager B2B – SEO & Digital Visibility
Account Manager B2B – SEO & Digital Visibility at Cloudgruppen Gothenburg Cloudgruppen is an established player in IT and communication solutions for businesses in Sweden, with continued growth and clear ambitions for the future. We don't sell SEO – we sell growth This is not a role for someone who wants to "sell SEO." It's a role for someone who wants to sell business results: more customers, more leads, higher revenue, and time savings – packaged in a hands-off solution where the customer doesn't have to think about their online visibility themselves. The product is AI-driven, but that's not what the customer is buying. The customer is buying the result. Your task is to translate technology into business value, and to dare to ask the question: "What does it cost you each month to not be visible?" – rather than opening with "You need SEO." Why Cloudgruppen? At Cloudgruppen you become part of a sales organization with: Clear goals and established working methods Short decision paths and close leadership A culture where performance is recognized and rewarded At our Gothenburg office, you work together with experienced colleagues in the sales and delivery of SEO services. Here we share knowledge, support each other in deals, and have a shared focus: to do good business – long-term. About the role As Account Manager B2B – SEO & Digital Visibility, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate customers who want to grow through improved digital visibility and more incoming leads. You drive the entire business yourself – from prospecting to closing and long-term relationship building – with the support of established processes, CRM, and experienced colleagues. Your main areas of responsibility: Prospect and develop new corporate customers (B2B) Conduct needs analysis and identify the business value of increased digital visibility Present and package solutions based on the customer's business, not the product's features Prepare quotes, drive deals to closure, and follow up Build long-term customer relationships and your own subscription-based customer portfolio Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive customer delivery Who we're looking for What matters most to us is not which company you come from – it's what sales environment has shaped you. We believe that over a few years you have sold complex B2B solutions, preferably subscription-based (MRR/SaaS), where the customer invests today but sees the major impact later and where ROI must be justified and explained. You've probably worked consultatively rather than transactionally, and you're used to owning the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, presentation, quote, negotiation, closing, and relationship building. We're not looking for the most extroverted person in the room. We're looking for the one who best understands a business – who is curious about technology and AI, can build trust with decision-makers like CEOs or marketing directors, works in a structured and disciplined way, and who asks better questions than competitors. Do you have 1–2 years of experience but the right drive and background? Apply anyway – we value sales environment, working methods, and potential higher than years of experience. We believe that you: Have experience in B2B sales, preferably of complex or subscription-based solutions Are used to working toward goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline Enjoy business conversations via phone, digital meetings, and customer meetings Like consultative sales and relationship building Speak and write fluent Swedish Meriting documented results: High customer retention and win rate Larger deal sizes Recurring subscription deals Sales to CEOs, marketing directors, or other decision-makers Experience in SEO or digital marketing What we offer you Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission model with no cap Clear onboarding and training in AI, SEO, and sales methodology Ongoing coaching and support from experienced managers and colleagues Opportunity to influence how you build and develop your business Good development opportunities within Cloudgruppen Sales competitions, kickoffs, and social activities Established working methods, ready tools, and support throughout the sales process Modern facilities and professional work environment in Gothenburg Work location: Gothenburg Application Recruitment is ongoing. Send your CV and a brief motivation via Teamtailor where you tell us about your background and why you want to work as Account Manager B2B – SEO & Digital Visibility at Cloudgruppen in Gothenburg. Payroll Administrator
We're growing fast. Now we need you to keep our payroll in order. B. King Koncernen is one of the country's fastest-growing players in fast food. We open and acquire restaurants and have grown from 2 to currently 18 Burger King restaurants in less than two years. That's where you come in. About the role You'll have primary responsibility for our payroll process, from discrepancy reporting to completed payroll runs. But this isn't a role where you sit alone behind a screen all day. You'll work closely with the management team and play an important role in our continued expansion. The role will be based at our headquarters in the Gothenburg area, but for us it's important that everyone who works with us understands the business. You'll therefore regularly visit our restaurants, follow up on how our procedures actually work in practice, and catch problems before they become payroll errors. You feel confident with collective agreements and the basics of labor law. You're meticulous – in payroll there's no such thing as "approximately" – but you're also someone who enjoys explaining, training, and meeting people. Working alongside patients, we strive for quality, accessibility, patient safety, research, education, and innovation – as part of an integrated healthcare system in the Västra Götaland Region. Our vision and goals are aimed at delivering the highest quality care, where the patient is always the focus. We provide healthcare services locally and regionally, as well as highly specialized care to patients throughout the country and abroad. Our employees are our strength and they contribute to knowledge exchange nationally and internationally. With digital tools and new ways of working, we can simplify daily operations at the hospital and provide modern, accessible, and efficient care of the highest quality. About the Unit The Self-Harm Unit at Östra Hospital is tasked with providing nationally specialized care for patients with difficult-to-treat self-harming behavior. Patients come to the unit from across the country through planned admissions via referral. All care is based on voluntary participation and willingness to change. On the ward, patients are offered psychotherapeutic treatment adapted to individual needs and cognitive functioning. Treatment periods last between 18-24 weeks, with patients having access to a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, psychologists, caregivers, treatment assistants, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Service user participation in various forms is an integrated part of the ward's work, including peer support. The care process is guided by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is set within an environmental therapeutic context. In addition to inpatient treatment, we also conduct outpatient interventions such as consultation for treatment providers, education, and supervision. The unit conducts research related to this patient group and works with continuous service development in accordance with our mandate. We also have beds for user-directed admission. This care model allows patients who are in contact with psychiatric outpatient services to voluntarily admit themselves for shorter stays. They sign a contract with the outpatient clinic and ward and can be admitted without a physician assessment and without going through psychiatric emergency services. Starting in November, during periods of high occupancy at the Affective Disorders Clinic's wards, we will temporarily provide support by accepting patients in need of traditional psychiatric inpatient care when beds are unavailable. What Do We Offer? You will be offered mentoring alongside experienced colleagues, appropriate training for the role, as well as continued professional development and supervision. The ward is the first of its kind in Sweden, which means there are great opportunities to engage in further developing the ward's mandate as well as in ongoing research projects. We offer you employment security, and it is important to us that you enjoy your job and get along well with your colleagues. We want you to feel good, and we offer activities that promote well-being in connection with work and parental benefit supplements. Job Responsibilities Using DBT and the DBT Skills System as your method, you work in a team with colleagues to coach, teach, and support the generalization of skills. You work closely with patients and follow them throughout their treatment by planning, organizing, and implementing various treatment activities together with patients both on and off the ward. In addition to contributing to patients' psychotherapeutic treatment, you are also responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with a 24-hour care ward as well as somatic care tasks such as monitoring, blood tests, and wound dressing changes.
