Residential Coordinator Trappan is now seeking an experienced and driven coordinator for our sheltered housing facility that serves adults with or without accompanying children. We are looking for someone who wants to take clear responsibility for quality, the individual, and operational development. This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, likes to lead others, and has the ability to create structure even when the pace is high. You have the experience and confidence to make decisions independently, but also value communication and have a curiosity to continue developing. We are in an exciting phase operationally, which means we are seeking a colleague who is ready to grow and drive the operation forward. About Us Trappan was founded in 2015 and currently operates supported housing and sheltered housing for children, youth, and adults. We also provide on-call services and family foster homes. We meet, among others, people with experience of intimate partner violence, honor-related violence and oppression, trauma, mental health issues, and other social difficulties. We are a small organization with short decision-making paths and close collaboration between management, coordinators, and staff. This gives us the opportunity to quickly implement ideas and identified needs in practice. We continuously work to develop our work methods, routines, and tools and place great emphasis on quality, safety, and professionalism. Our goal is that support from the operation to the individual not only functions here and now, but creates a real foundation and development. About the Role As a coordinator, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, staff, client work, quality, and development of the operation. The role is operationally close and you will work directly with clients, lead and support staff in daily work, have oversight of client processes, and ensure that decided interventions are implemented and followed up. You work closely with management and have a central role in contact with social services and other partners. At the same time, you work long-term on issues such as operational and competency development, work environment, quality, safety, and procedures. In the role, you will, among other things: . lead, recruit, and develop the staff team . provide supervision to staff . work directly with clients . have overall responsibility for client processes, assignments, and follow-ups . conduct suitability assessments and be responsible for admission and discharge processes . quality assure documentation, risk assessments, and the operation's working methods . be responsible for safety and work environment efforts . drive systematic quality and improvement work . ensure that the operation complies with legislation, regulations, agreements, and procurement requirements . build good relationships with social services and other partners . Work with a strong operational development focus, regarding both quality and business development Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with solid experience in social work and who has previously held a leadership role. You are confident in making decisions and accustomed to taking responsibility for driving work forward. When you identify a need, you don't wait for someone else to take action—you make a plan, involve the right people, and follow up on the results. You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented—but also receptive. Since we are a small work team of about 10 colleagues in different types of roles, it requires strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to what we at Trappan would describe as a work environment focused on quality, positivity, and warmth. We are also looking for someone who has a good understanding of the target group and can translate knowledge about, for example, trauma, mental health issues, violence exposure, and honor-related issues into practical client work and staff supervision. You also need to have experience working with children. We are looking for someone with . relevant higher education of at least 180 credits . several years of relevant experience in relevant social work . experience of management and personnel responsibility . good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations . experience in documentation and systematic quality work . excellent Swedish in speech and writing . Class B driving license You must also meet the competency and suitability requirements that apply to coordinators in sheltered housing. Previous experience as a coordinator, operations manager, or equivalent leadership position is highly meriting. We also view favorably extensive experience working with children, honor-related violence and oppression, intimate partner violence, trauma, and mental health issues. Employment Work takes place on-site at the operation, and on-call availability at home is included. Before employment, standard checks will be conducted and relevant register excerpts will be requested.
