Siemens Energy is now seeking a Supplier Quality Professional who wants to help ensure high quality throughout the entire supplier chain. About the Role As a Supplier Quality Professional, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating quality-related activities with suppliers in selected procurement areas. You will be an important link between suppliers and internal functions and will work to ensure that deviations are handled effectively, that appropriate measures are taken, and that improvements are implemented sustainably. Your main tasks are to: Coordinate and drive supplier-related quality issues throughout the entire deviation process. Ensure that suppliers conduct proper root cause analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions. Monitor and analyze quality statistics to identify trends, verify measures, and prevent recurring problems. Prepare reports and decision-making materials for, for example, Supplier Performance Reviews and supplier meetings. Drive continuous improvements in quality, processes, and supplier development. Ensure proper documentation and cost basis in the event of supplier claims. The role involves close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, making you a central coordinating function in the operation. The position involves travel within Sweden and internationally, mainly within Europe, a few times per year. Your Profile Who Are You? We would like to see that you have: 4-6 years of experience in quality, production, procurement, or related areas. Experience working with deviation management (RCA/CAPA), root cause analyses, and quality improvements. Good understanding of manufacturing industry and supplier quality. Experience with SAP. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with many different stakeholders.
