Temporary Staffing Position with HVB and Supported Housing Unit

Apply to us at the HVB and Supported Housing Unit. We are now recruiting temporary staff who want to work with us when our regular staff take time off, are sick, or for other reasons. What can we offer you? The HVB and Supported Housing Unit consists of two HVB homes and one supported housing facility. UBO HVB serves young people aged 13-19 years. Our young people may be placed due to environmental factors and/or behavioral issues. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts (on-call sleeping) with preference for evenings and on-call duties. UBO's staff are also responsible for the supported housing facility, which serves young people aged 16-20 years. At Odengatan's HVB, the target group is adults aged 18 and above, with a focus on adults with harmful substance use and addiction. Work hours include day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts. We are recruiting temporary staff for both HVB homes. You can choose to work at just one location or both. We have close collaboration between the HVB homes and welcome staff to be introduced at both locations. Both HVB homes have a supervisor on-site to support daily operations. What are we looking for? To work at an HVB home, you must have completed at least two years of post-secondary education in social work. For temporary positions with us, we prefer that you have the appropriate education or have begun your studies. Working at an HVB home during your education is a good start and provides valuable experience for a future career in social work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for potential employment. The role involves motivation and psychosocial change work, with a significant portion of the work based on conversations both in group and individual settings. Both HVB homes also include various practical tasks that may occur in a home where our young people/clients may need varying levels of support. Swedish is the working language, and you must speak and write it fluently, as documentation is also part of the role. We view multilingualism as an asset.
